Customer satisfaction survey responses
We actively encourage our customers to give us feedback on the our service. The above data is based on responses across the last 24 months with our clients across all sectors including customers having sent as little as 10 samples to many thousands. Our data looks so good so consistently, even we have to challenge it. Hence, for our next round of surveys across the next two years we are hiring independent polling experts to conduct full telephone interviews with customers to help us identify where we should be improving as the overwhelming message is “keep doing what you are doing”.
