Failure is not an option for Oil Analysis Laboratories, and so our core objective for the business is long term sustainable growth by building deep-rooted, prosperous and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers and employees. Our business objectives are hence:
- High recommendation rate by building customer Passion in our services – We believe nothing is more powerful than a word-of-mouth referral by a client to both build excitement in the marketplace and to give others the confidence to switch to Oil Analysis Laboratories. We measure our customers passion for our services by the use of the internationally recognised customer Net Promoter Scores (cNPS) with our goal to regularly achieve and maintain a cNPS of 9 out of 10 or better.
- Become the benchmark for the industry by continually innovating – We believe by continually innovating to deliver unique and enhanced services we give added value to our customers to encourage customer loyalty to a point our competitors struggle to keep pace.
- Building for long term with Service Excellence – We believe a customer should be a customer for life. We do not demand any long term exclusive contracts with our customers and instead believe through continually delivering our value of service excellence we will perpetually achieve our target of >99% client retention. We also believe supplier relationships should be for the long term and hence foster excellent business practices with ethical and reputable suppliers including adhering to fair payment terms and always upholding any contractual obligations.
